Welcome to Blissful Chania Apartments. Below are the terms and conditions that govern the use of our accommodations, both for reservations and for your stay. Making a reservation implies that you fully accept these terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions are intended to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not proceed with the reservation.

2. Reservations & Payments

Procedure Details
Reservation Booking can be made online through Booking.com or by direct contact.
To confirm the reservation, a prepayment of part or all of the amount is required,
depending on the agreement.
Payment Methods We accept credit/debit cards and bank deposit.
Details will be provided after booking confirmation.
Pending Payments The remaining amount due is due upon check-in.
or on any date agreed upon with the owner.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

In case of cancellation, the following applies (unless otherwise specified in the booking platforms):

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
  • In case of late cancellation or no-show, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Special cancellation policies may apply during peak/holiday periods.

4. Responsibilities & Disclaimer

The guest must maintain the apartment in good condition and report any damage or malfunction immediately. The owner is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or damage caused by the guest's negligence.

5. Personal Data

We respect your privacy and comply with the applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Your information is collected only to complete the reservation and communicate with you, and is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be modified at any time without notice.
Any change will be effective from the moment of its publication on our website or booking platforms.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute that may arise will be resolved by the competent courts of the Prefecture of Chania.
